Summary0000011: Upgrade not appearing.
DescriptionAfter having your main weapon returned it does not appear in the frog shrine directly adjascent to it as an upgradable option regardless of if you picked it back up or not.
I had the (first) upgraded version and it was consistent across multiple runs.
It *does* appear on subsequent frog shrines.
